Hands-down, the best service and best pizza I've had in a long time. Also, the price is incredibly great. We had the pleasure of meeting Jacob who supplied us with our jalapeño pepperoni, pineapple, pizza, cheese bread, and garlic Parmesan boneless wings. All the food was on point and fantastic. I feel like a heifer.thanks for the incredible foods.
Positive first: Delivery was on time and perfect. But Then... I opened the pizza box. Yes I asked for well done... it was charred... yes burned around the crust and cheese was black and burned. The pepperoni had to be searched for. The mushrooms were ok but where was the pepperoni ? Two pieces on each slice of pizza? Really? This was supposed to be to be NY style. Not, oops we ran out of pepperoni . So I ate around the burnt parts. And then went for the chocolate chip cookie which was crunchy STALE. So with taxes, delivery fee, tip my total was around $35. Burnt pizza and stale cookie ... worst Papa John's experience ever. No survey sent, no number to call to speak to the manager. Very disappointing.! ----------------- UPDATE: I fell to my pizza cravings and tried Papa John's one more time. Their new calzone crust pizza was amazing. Cooked perfectly, delivered on time and just perfect. Highly recommend.
Ordered the "Shaq" pizza for delivery...pizza was delivered hot and fresh. Yum! I would definitely order delivery again through the app...so convenient!!

Saturday night. Took 1 hour 7 minutes to get cold pizza and really cold cheesy bread sticks. Hassle on getting pizza replaced. a long wait for manger to approve replacement of pizza only. Sides your just screwed. Dont waste your time.with papa johns....update. found out they had only 2 drivers. Picked up hot pizza & bread sticks thank you! Website needs to advise customers when delays are excessive so customers can decide if they want to wait or pick up.
